If you're truly a sigma, it's not that pleasant. You're often alone and misunderstood. It's the rare person who can truly understand you. She can sniff out fake people like flies on sheet. She knows more about you than you'll be comfortable with. It's hard. She has high morals and doesnt like those who don't.

Instead of sigma I would rather call it the ability of a person to mature through life and have common sense, which these days is becoming rare. Wisdom is not something we are born with is something given by God. The begining of wisdom is the fear of God. Relying purely on your own perception of the world and building your own standars of what is good can lead you into a path of confusion. People can decide to think there is no God and that we need to be free thinkers but in the end God gives us our moral values or else there would be no perception of right or wrong.

I disagree with you. I’m 47 years old and I have this personality since very early age. Obviously when we are younger we show this characteristics according to our age, maturity level and environment surroundings. I can only tell that a couple of these characteristics were kind of suppressed by my own parents through their overprotective ways. I’ve always been a very loyal person to others and my beliefs no matter the circumstances or people involved, despite of my age. Always a very creative, introspective, picky about relationships and a dreamer, besides very courageous. And spiritual guided without following religion but truth voice of God inside of me. In my heart the city of 500.000 people where I grew up in Brazil wasn’t enough to me. I wanted to see the world, not just visiting, but living out and experiencing other cultures and learn other languages. There’s a lot of very interesting women like me out there. Being stuck to church or religion and where you grew up it won’t be enough to have a great vision of the world and humanity. It’s about being cultured into philosophy and have taught through family values and heritage as well.🌷♥️🇧🇷

I haven’t heard about sigma in a long time. when I was in school, one of my professors was on the topic of social hierarchy, and called me out as a sigma in front of the class. And I honestly didn’t even take it serious because I don’t like to be boxed in any category. But listening to this , this is very interesting now that I’m older. I remember a poem I wrote wich it described how I am... I realy tried so hard to even understand myself and though I travel in the different shoes women have walked I always ended up not feeling me. Why because I make my own rules and grow from experience. People try to tell me how to feel or react and I stand my ground. They think Im weak or insecured. I don't panic in decisions but Im still knowing myself. That compass helps me alot to guide me. Im empath and quite I am happy with a glass of wine and a good book 😂. Though I walk in the shadow of death I should not fear for God is my strenght.

I think the sigma female is the most mature of all the personality type, and I can say that I am a sigma female because I am always quiet and I don't go with the crowd and I don't care what ppl say about me. I am also extremely resilient and I don't let anything get me down not even fear gets me down, when I'm determined nothing can come my way without a fight. I am also very curious and smart and I don't brag about it. I would say I'm a natural leader cause ppl naturally gravitate towards me because of my thinking skills. So I would say that I am a sigma female. I also think its the most bad ass personality type.😊😊😊 So I'm a sigma female 100% not bragging, I'm just a natural.

This sigma woman concept sounds to me as the ideal and ultimate strife of what it means to be a woman. Of course many of us admit they are a sigma woman, because we are, it is a dimension of us and that is the dimension every woman can identify with. But there are more dimensions to the experience of being a woman, and these dimensions encompass not just “psychological space” specially, but parallel to that space, Time… we need time and undergo infinite processes and stages through our life, to encompass this one dimension of the multifold of dimensions we exist of, that somehow ‘defines’ Woman through this human experience. ❤

Listening to this I feel validated as I have always been different.

It's a bit funny how the pictures are all of model-esque women who obviously would have put a lot of effort into dieting, sculpting, workout, makeup and beautifying procedures adhering to society's beauty standards. Not saying there's anything wrong with that, but it kind of goes against the message of the video, doesn't it? A true sigma woman would not spend all her time on a trait that fades (physical beauty), I'd imagine a possibly more tanned, rough, cool looking woman that has an outer appearance that looks lived in.

I can identify myself with most of these things. But I'm no hero, I just had to learn to do things on my own because it's just the way I was raised unfortunately. And yes it is unfortunate. I hear the phrase "I wish I was more like you, you're always so calm" pretty often, people think I can handle everything without being affected and I can handle a lot and I will not lash out at others because of the way I feel, but that does not mean that I don't care. I'm fine with people not offering help, I'm fine with people unloading their feelings on me but sometimes it gets too much and I have to set boundaries.

I was born Sigma. I am Sigma by nature. I was not told I had "super powers". This is simply my personality type. My sister is not a Sigma & we had the same parents & the same upbringing etc. She sees & handles things very differently than I do. This presentation may have overused the term "super power", however I'm curious to know why it seems to bother you. Super power can be a triggering word for some. Like how you mentioned your sibling growing up in the same house etc but not being that way. When you’ve grown up hearing that, you might feel like it otherizes you. Or another way to say, dehumanizes you. Like being put on a pedestal, away from others….not ever able to fully be with other ppl. I’m not speaking for OP, just offering a different perspective. 🙏🏾

Thank you, yes. Besides, a truth teller and non-conformist would be quick to dismiss such a type. I think that John Kenneth Galbraith said ‘there are two kinds of forecasters (or he could have said personalities): those who don’t know, and those who don’t know they don’t know’. We just don’t know what is real and what is contrived. Many of the woman who would relate to this video could easily fall into the ‘cool girl’ trap invented by narcissist partners who idealize this type. Not hard to see how the “Sigma Woman’ could be more of an iron maiden and less of a central reality.

I've never met woman or man like this. sure there are many with various combinations and degrees of these qualities but not to the level of super powerdom described here. This reminds me of the description of a cultured woman Miss Bingley Elizabeth Benett in Pride and Prejudice and Elizabeth responds with a smile that she 'doesn't believe such a woman exist and but is she did, she'd be fearsome to behold.' Perhaps it would be more practical to avoid stroking egos and just list out basic traits and tendencies instead or romaticising them so much. because based on this description of 10 characteristics, I can say a sigma female isn't rare, she's a mythical creature.

*ka = female & spiritual, the Teacher, Source* *ba = male & material, the Master, God* *la = body (~ ba) & nobody (~ ka), the Pupil, Ego (extern ego ~ ba & intern ego ~ka)* To be a Sigma Female sounds great, but isn't, because Sigma Females have to be careful not to become the easiest or cheapest way to solve the problems of others. I worked more than 12 years on the ka-ba-la formula under the worst conditions imaginable because I had a GOOD reputation in solving problems without creating new ones. The most difficult phase is making the solutions part of your life in a natural way, but when your reputation is based on a long term commitment, your enemies decide that they don't want to be you but you to be them. I didn't choose for isolation, but that has been built up along the way because of shortsightedness. I became *the KA without the BA* and when I couldn't react 'appropriately' in the eyes of my 'judges', they made this the proof of exploiting a self-inflicted situation (while I only had been an observer and not a participant in the first place). Being the diplomat rather than the claimant, made me the cheapest solution for the justice system that continued to challenge me. I was the Mary Magdalene and not the Virgin Mother Mary and, although I never asked more than I needed to do a proper job, they have drained me financially to make a statement - I had played a dangerous game that was impossible to win. The power of the narrative explains why we are not allowed to see the bigger picture - my 'master' was displeased when I was no longer loyal to him and him alone.
