Short Feldenkrais Lesson with David Zemach-Bersin to improve your balance
Try this short Feldenkrais Lesson to see how quickly you can improve your balance.
Our ability to balance while upright is key to almost all our movements and activities. It is an important learned skill, which is organized by the brain and nervous system, moment to moment; a neurologically sophisticated activity involving your whole self, coordinated in action. With age or after an illness or accident, the range of movement can diminish and your balance can become compromised.
And join us for a workshop with David Zemach-Bersin on July 22, 12-3 pm EDT, to explore easy and highly practical ways to help you restore your sense of physical safety and confidence.

thank you, so glad you enjoyed it.
This is very helpful, thanks ! My right foot when at the back lifts at the heel and seems pushing hard on the floor ( toes gripping ) though I keep the movement small

@@FeldenkraisAccessthank you !
Thank you so very I am always interested in many ways to improve balance. Can you share the why this is helpful? A few thoughts I had was the shifting of weight ? the waking up of the ankle receptors? clear connection to bones?I love how the movement traveled up into hips and head.Lastly if I purchase the lesson does it expire? Thanks again , Dar

Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed it. Balancing involves our whole self, and I am so glad to hear you felt it. You can join us for this workshop live on July 22, where we will explore balance in more detail and learn to find an ease in this essential action. If you can't join us live, you will also have a life-time access to it afterwards in recording. I hope this helps.
