Bullet planted or not but, accused no. 3 was not in the house!

judge sounds he finalised this case and already has verdict the way he mocks defence on the bullet

Mangena Said "Every time when they receive exhibits they do the checking against it on their database to see if it is connected to other crimes " at this time he was checking this exhibit for Cleaveland Case . So then this exhibit would have shown in Cleaveland case that it connects with the volsvorus case . Why the other colonel who was doing the ballistic for Cleaveland Case didnt pick up this .

I think the defence should ask if the bullet found behind the jars is the one that killed Senzo and how they tested the bullet. The bullet might be shot from the gun found from accuse no 3 and be planted behind those jars. The police that arrested accuse no 3 said there were 28 bullets in total Mangena is talking about 26 bullets. Where are the other two

Mangena does not say itis the gun that killed Meyiwa. He says the bullet found at the scene of crime was fired from the gun found with acused number three. Re ember, that bullet was not found on the day of the shooting, while it was not hidden. It was laying on the kitchen scheme table, just behind the glass jars. So, why would the house occupants formulate a story?

That bullet from the door to the cabinet was still gonna create some damages... in theory, as that bullet hit the door through an angle , it was supposed to hit the floor tile, so we expect a second tile to be damaged

Yoh yaz I was looking forward to Mangena's cross examination 😑💔 I believe Gininda exchanged the bullet that was found in the crime scene to that gun that was found in accused #3's room. Now I'm looking forward to the defense's ballistics' findings.

This case is more complicated than the eyes can see. But I dnt trust this Mangena, he is well trained to ........

Judge's intersecting habit is annoying. He seems to want show everyone that " I know what you want say and I already have an answer ". Its understandable if its a once off spur of the moment thing but not so much and so often.

Mr Tolika you are awesome👏👏👏❤🍻.Why would the defense ask the officer to show the accussed the bullet head, are they 'bullet specialists'!? Would they know what bullets where pkanted or shot from a gun. It's bizarre if they are not ballistics experts or are they in some way?

I think the defence is hopeless, earlier in the beginning of Mangena’s evidence in chief, Mnisi objected on something similar but the judge shot him down by saying the man is just displaying to the court his experience.
