What about the confession, both written and audio? If the audio does not confirm the act, why is it not allowed? Regardless of whether he was cautioned prior to the recording, if the recording exonorates him, it should be allowed by the defense. There something to hide in there.

The accused said they didn't know each other in their statement. The state is proving that they are lying because they were communication through the phone. They are showing that the accused lied.
