He's not a judge, but a magistrate.

This judge really knows the law. He hasn't been sidetracked by the accused defense. They will be jailed. Not too long now . Long-lived Aka n Tibs

Is not easy to convincing the court to grant bail on schedule 6 matters . Especially if the accused persons are flight risk...Those 2 accused persons who are in Eswatini also play role to the denial of the bail.
