@@mogotsimpho actually in a criminal matter the onus is on the State to prove the guilt of the accused beyond reasonable doubt. It's called the burden of proof. And that lies in the hands of the State. The defense should just provide and substantiate an alternative version.

Today was full proof to me that the judge is not fair to the accused and is intimidating the defence. Zungu said he wrote the statement and signed it, the judge did not honor the request of the accused to replay the records. Instead, he went all North causing confusion. The witness said he wrote the statement and signed it, these issues of notes being turned to statement it’s something that should have been avoided. I watched him while he was handling this, he never even went back to entertain the request of the accused…now he confused everyone with his lack of attending the accused request through adv Mnisi. With all of this, I am now confident that Zungu is not telling the truth in the court, parts of what he is saying might be truth but I think everything that he says that seems to tie the accused to the murder of Senzo is cooked.

Why would somebody intentionally put their life in danger by lying about these guys. These guys are contract killers. It's what they do for a living. You can't honestly believe that this guy would lie and put his whole family at risk. The problem is that everybody wants to believe that the people in the house had something to do with this.....that Longwe is the one who shot Senzo. THAT story was cooked by bored social media trolls who enjoy creating conspiracy theories. These guys are guilty. You can say what you like about the judge but the evidence ties these guys to the crime. The gun, the phone records, the eye-witnesses and the statements that they made to their friends about Senzo's murder. How did accused no. 1 know that Senzo was shot dead on the same day as the incident because it had not yet been put on social media or on the news at that time that they were talking at the hostel???

The judge never listen to the accused legal team. The accused asked the tape to be played but we all know what happened. Judge know it all ignored it

He did not say he made nates but he made a hand written statement under oath. Go play the vid at exactly 2hrs 18min 23sec, he explains that he wrote the statement with his own hand writing and this is on record.

The devil is in the details. Defense should also create a time line that is where some of the answers might be found. An example is the issue of Tops . Does Tops open on Sunday and if it does what time does it close. People tend to focus on the bigger issues but forget small details like those

@ Siphonengu You've got a point there, I did an analysis this week Tuesday regarding this case on my you tube channel. I will do another one regarding this testimony because I also found a lot of things that did not make sense to me. For example, Zungu testifies that the c.38 did not have bullets, thereby pushing a narrative that the shooter was the one carrying the 9 Milimeter. The problem with that, according to those who were in the house the fire arm had a wheel, meaning it's the c.38. The other issue is that indeed Tops opens on Sundays from 9:00 - 15:00, so the story of them going to purchase liquor at tops on that day is as phoney as a 3 rand note bill.😂

Given the morality of Zungu regarding his professional conduct and work ethics, I can be certain there will be no notes whatsoever either in KZN or the safe house, he himself knows that to be true. He will take a road trip to KZN just for fun while he puts them together on his way. While he may present startling evidence in this court, he is a very scary police officer who is not far if not the same as the people he is testifying against.
