Unfortunately the court needs to allow all these processes to protect itself from unnecessary appeals. Whether or not someone is lying the court needs to listen to the lies as the court can not stop you half way through your testimony and say stop you are lying, your lies has to be proven through cross examination. Let's be patient we've already waited 8years what is a few more months. Justice must be served Senzo can't die in vain.

Why are people in this country continuing blaming the people who were in the house? These accused are confessed one and the fact they are telling the court they were assaulted to make the confession, strategy started with TEFO, may be found irrelevant should the evidences be properly done. When you confess a crime, your words per se its is not enough as you may be forced or threated to confess something you haven't done. The police, accompanied by the prosecutor and your Lawyer take you to the scene place to show how all it was done. If these accused were beaten to confess how could they know the crime scene to demonstrate how they did the action?
