Let us not take what the defense team is saying as facts. Remember these people a trying to discredit the enforcement system. They a trying to get out of a situation... They will say or do anything.... It's why we a in court to here the case. Just because Tefo and this lady a saying Kelly killed him does not make it true.. We need clear evidence and arguments. Evidence is the key thing.. Not a theory

I don't know why dragging this case, everybody in the house must take a stand a eye witnesses the truth will come out

Tefo says he watched the Netflix documentary and then claims Senzo died on the scene but Senzo’s agent did say on tbe documentary that when he got the news he went to the hospital and Senzo was still alive he tried to talk to him and Senzo was trying to say something but blood was gushing out of his mouth,so basicly Teffo is just making allegations without proof and messing with the case in process.

Teffo has not messed this altogether. His theory is this: 1) The owner of the gun joined the occupant of the house at a later stage. He came to ask some answers to his concerns. Was angry and fired a shot on the floor. 2) The victim stood and wrestled the owner of the gun... overpowered him and gun fell. 3) The killer picked the gun up and by "Mistake" fired the fatal shot. 4) The gun was a Revolver. 5) Police then assisted to stage a scene. That's my understanding of his theory. That explains the presence of the second docket on the same incident. That explains the deposit of the Affidavit by Brg P Ndlovu to the second docket prior to his passing.

@@jerenym if that is his story then there is a problem. Its a narrative that has no proof. 1. How do we reconcile,the initial theory of a Mastermind behind Senzo murder?? That it was a hit job, which is held by Gerri Nel and Afriforum deciding to take the case? How do we reconcile that the 3 accused were indeed at the house, and armed and left with Kellys phone? How do we reconcile the ballistic evidence showing the bullet that killed Senzo came from the gun that was used in the killing of a taxi man, which was in police custody? How do we reconcile, the statement from one of the accused that he was hired for an assassin job? Such a narrative by Teffo leaves all these hanging? He also, said Senzo died in the house. He is not a doctor. He did not do a post motem, he must have been there to prove that? Or have evidence that declares Senzo dead at the scene. Yes he was declared dead upon arrival. But he could have died on the way or minutes before arriving in the hospital. Kelly is not a suspect. If you have any statement on any docket stating that, would have been the NPAz responsibility to declare Kelly the suspect. Remember the 2 legs of this case. 1. That it was a robbery gone wrong. And 2. It was a hit job/assassin. Teffos narratibe is none of the above. And im saying, he has messed this thing all together. A narrative which is going lend him in some hot soup. Trust me. When u say, u have an eye witness, then it could only be one of the people who were in the house and only the Khumalos and Friends. Any one person other than these, its a no no. And as far as we know, no one person has given a statement to such. Both docket A and B. He was simply bluffing and he is going to be in trouble. Wait for it
