In both organizations the first thing they teach is that unlawful laws should be questioned and are not bound to be obeyed or enforced. It's not as though there is any enforcement mechanism for states that ignore the rulings of the supreme court anyway. The supreme court seems to be rather irrelevant on the rare occasions where they do take a case. Look at Bruen or Heller! then Look at New York, Illinois and California!

States blatantly violate the precedent set in the case and when we try to get injunctions they shut us down or ignore the cases even when the laws blatantly goes against their previous rulings.
