That makes no sense to me, maybe I understood it wrong but I give 200% in my job but that doesn't seem to matter, things only get worse because people expect more for the same salary. Maybe it only applies in your own business.

@@ted88 for sure, but if you consistently overexecute and you're able to articulate the value you bring to the company you will certainly get paid more. If not, you may need to start looking for other job options

@@ilamalihilustan22 If you are good at what you do and treat people well, you’ll rarely have employee turnover. I’ve had the same staff for years and just a few that come and go.

Saving all the money from the business I created after understanding The Future's concepts (aside from the "minimal needed to keep up growing"), to become a Pro Group and grow more, from Colombia in South America to the world. We'll see us in 8 months in the Pro Group!

Hello from Latvia! I like photography, cinematography and artsy stuff in general, but never thought to be good enough in that to actually go all in with that. Instead I work as a reasercher in Technical University. But your channel and some reading of books like "think and grow rich"... I can't be the weekend warrior no more! Entrepreneurship is something I been craving for 10 years now, the biggest obstacle for me has been finding the purpose/the Passion... Cause thats what everybody says "focus on Passion and you will succeed", in IKIGAI for example! But this has putted some real pressure on finding the Passion, what if It get it wrong... It's so Bad that I can not even tell what I really Love to do and I'm passionate about... And this constant 9 to 5 makes it even harder... Looking forward for some Deep soulsearching whiteboard sessions. And thank you for what you do, your videos has helped to switch the way I think, it's kinda good, but it also is messing UP my 9 to 5 job, as it gets increasingly hard to to back there.

The concept around subsidizing and “buying the project” is really eye opening! I’ve never thought of that when I work on some projects that I know I’m losing money on but I do them for the review, or testimonial, or the specific skill and type of project I can include now in my portfolio. Looking at is as not a loss but a business expense almost you are buying the use to trade up to better. Awesome!

Spot on with this segment. As a business owner and freelancer you need a team to accomplish more than one job and you can't do all the jobs yourself. So hiring a team will enable you to make more money in a day. There are a ton of benefits from a business standpoint. It's better to have the ability to do more jobs and maximize your time hands down.

Thanks for this really needed it right now. Getting overwhelmed from not having a full team and trying to scale.
