That car was dirty,agreed rinse first then foam makes sense remove as much dirt before washing. Thanks for the tips👍

Hey. How come you didn't rinse the wheels before contact wash? Are you not essentially scrubbing all the dirt into the painted wheels at that point?

My process sometimes changes around. This is a older video too. Typically I use brake buster with no rinse. Then spray my foam Cannon for lubrication. Then wheel woolies. When we rinse I feel like we diltue the brake buster going on. But both are a good process.

My question, is why didn't you pre rinse with some sort of a pre wash soap instead of just the pressure washer 🤷🏽‍♂️

In my coming videos I talk a lot about this! In many of my longer videos I just don't show it because the video gets boring if I start putting every little detail in and it literally ends up 15 minutes longer than a 20 min run time but your not getting much out of that 15 as a viewer in my opinion. To be clear that's a 35 min video then. In this video I actually did not do it tho. I figured the pressure washing would be more satisfying to see without foam kinda covering up the good part of everything coming off. Many ways to do it. But pre foam. Rinse then foam then wash works. Rinse. Pre foam. Rinse. Foam. Wash. Also works. You can also do pre rinse stuff like big and tar or tar or all purpose cleaner before all of this or at various steps. It gets complicated... So it's usually left out haha

@@STATUSDETAIL ok my favorite detailer 🙏🏾 i got you 😉 reason I ask is that I did pre wash with water before and pre wash with what I use BH bilt hamber and was a complete difference so I could touch the paint a bit on the safe side... you got it going man, know what you doing 💙

What about the undercarriage? It’s not as relevant with this car, but I’m always concerned about the salt down there.

You can definitely kind of crawl underneath and foam it. Rinse it. We do a pretty good job of getting in the fenders. Same process
