Hi, can you explain what you meant by "minimal steam on 120 watts but explosive on 240 watts"? Does it emit a lot of steam running on 240 watts?

How low can u set the pid? Can u pasteurize with this unit? I dont see why they would have omitted pasteurization temp range

It is atmospheric so no pressure involved. this unit can not be pressurized.

What do you do for air going back in from the vent holes?

We haven't had an issue with air going back in. When we're done running it we drain it and unload the bags into the lab

How long do you sterilize grain for in these?

We use a regular pressure cooker for our grain spawn because it's the most reliable way to sterilize. The grain has to be super clean.

Do it come with the pid controller?

Yes it's one of the add on items when you put your order together

Yes it does. It’s very minimal with a regular 120 plug.
