200lbs dumbbells, 12 reps, 6 reps on the incline all while being 5 weeks out. A human being, being depleted, and 5 weeks out should not be that strong. Ronnie was just something special. There will never be another like him. He was born for this. Someone has to archive this footage and pictures of his physique, so 5000 years from now, they will see what a genetic Marvel this man is.

Yeah, his control and stability is amazing along with his strength. Ronnie literally is like a super hero with the 200's. Hey what's up Ronnie?!? God took care of you boy. Your dedication and faith has paid off for you in a very big way. I got a little story to tell.. As a sports editor down at Grambling State University I had the honor of interviewing Ronnie Coleman as a feature in the campus newspaper "Student of the Week" section. Extremely muscular and cut as well clean-cut while also being a neat dresser, he stood out among the students walking on the campus while carrying g a large load of books to his classes. He was a double major student with nearly a 4.0 grade point average while on football scholarship playing for the great college football coach Eddie Robinson. "Not The Stereotypical Dumb Jock" or something like that the headline of the news story read. A few things stuck out during my interview with him in the school's library. He had deep faith in God. He had deep love for family. He had deep belief in himself. I remember asking him what was his goal in life as a profession? He said, I quote, "My goal is to be a professional football player or a professional body builder." The NFL's loss is the world of bodybuilding's gain. You have achieved so much. You reside among the greatest. Shout out to Bastrop Louisiana. Bless you brother

Idiot. He didnt get hurt because of Bodybuilding. He got hurt because he hurt his back on 800lb Squat and COULD have recovered from it but he kept training between surgeries and thats why he is in that state

Would be kinda silly for him to even try that. He'd have to bench press a whole smith machine just to get a good chest day. Like actually pick it up from the base Yeah Buddy!

Larry Wheels did 5 reps of 225 without spotter and he's 23 ... Just saying... Although, Ronnie is 5 weeks out from a show in this time so it makes it tougher to do the 225's but the age difference and near same strength levels is insane.
