    @@supagreatman2826 what the hell are you talking about? Tricep kickbacks are a waste of time because they make no hecking sense. Triceps are exercises best when pushing in line with the arm itself. Not swinging it up and squeezing your tricep for a split second on each rep

    Tip for french press: warm your trizeps up with a lot of pump sets (4 x 25)on the cables to really get that blood flowing and to lubricate the joint. If you dont do that you'll gonna have elbow pain really quicky

    A good tip is to work your triceps more then your biceps, they make up the most of your arm and they just are mechanically harder to train

    Skullcrushers are so hard and they really work your tris. I found that a flat bar pull down works incredibly well even better than the rope

    This content from Jay is awesome. Such a cool dude. I had an elbow injury last year and i havent been able to train like I did before. Fell off my roof and my arm hit fist and bent in the other direction. However I can still do some cable movements and the cable kickback and extension are my favorite.

    for anyone saying kickbacks are bad look them up EMG studies and everything, one of if not the best triceps exercise for the long head of the triceps. the studies do seem to indicate a incline position would be preferred for muscle activation.

    Healthiest looking mr O out of all past and present champions. Looks amazing. His ex wife of many years Kerry was a nurse and they were married during his mr O reign (they we’re together since 16) so I would assume she would’ve had him monitoring everything.. Wouldn’t surprise me if she was having his blood work done each month along with regular Dr appointments, endocrinologist appointments etc. no wonder for 50 he’s in such amazing health/ shape! All the OGs know who Kerry Cutler is! Massive reason why Jay was as successful as he was/is!

    I like to have my elbows closer on French press. I can feel my mind muscle connection a bit better. Jay can do crazy form and it doesn’t matter he’s a beast with the genetics to go with it! Favorite bodybuilder of all time! The quad stomp photo is the greatest thing since sliced bread baby! ❤

    Kick back is really good when using cable rather than dumbbell cuz it's uncomfortable for the shoulder when using a dumbbell.

    Coming from a powerlifting background , I train chest and triceps together . For tris , I do close grip bench press with the bar high on my chest . Then lying dumbell extensions on a bench . Then cambered bar push downs.

    I like the cambered bar for tricep pushes short cambered bar ...then the French press yes i like that do that first though then my fave is behind the head tricep push ups

    The rope press downs are godly, yesterday I did 4 sets each 18 reps, first 6 are with heavy loading, the following 6 you lighten the wheight a little and same for the last 6, by the end of it I had a huge pump, highly recommend for growth
