Remember that Veldora and Rimuru are joined at the soul. They can literally summon each other back from death. Being able to summon each other when they are not dead is a piece of cake 😉 More specifically the skill 'Veldora: lord of storms' has three subskills: - SUMMON storm dragon - restore storm dragon - storm magic Also just to point out how tough Veldora is ge just took a hut from Milim to the back of the head and his repsonse is to complain about how mean it was... The fact that Milim can hurt a True dragon at all is also a testament to how strong she is...

An alternate title for Dagruel is "Continent's Wrath" which sounds so cool. I always find you calling him a wannabe vampire hilarious cause his creator(Kazalim/kagali) was cursed by someone who hates The Original Vampire. Rimuru ate the table. 7:10 the minor details with Guy calling Rimuru as slime until he recognizes that he's interesting is always a nice touch to his character. Beretta is confirmed as Diablo's descendant. Fun fact beretta is wearing a mask which means she has a face, and that face was made in the image of Rimuru's type of woman as his the one who made the body. Also Diablo had a slight grudge against Beretta as he wanted to be summoned first by Rimuru. He planned to kill beretta but beretta said "This body is made by Rimuru-sama" which stopped Diablo in his tracks. looking back, Diablo was grateful that he wasn't summoned first as he would end up serving Ramiris instead of Rimuru. As I said before canonically whenever Rimuru transforms into Human form he has to materialize his clothes at the same time and wear it. meaning whenever he pulls the stunt of turning to slime and then human with the battle with Milim. He canonically does this every time. (The act of turning to slime mid-fight is anime only, this isn't done in the Manga nor the Light Novel, it is impractical to transform in front of the enemy in your weaker state after all where every fraction of a second is important. Especially in this anime where in the light novel the difference between instant teleportation(literally instant) and transportation magic(1 to 3 seconds delay) is life or death.)

Rimiru can freely change his material and spiritual bodies instantly. They don't do it in the Manga because there's no point. You'd just be drawing a panel with him in human form, and then one in slime form. Making a transition panel would be a pointless waste of space, and without a transition panel, it wouldn't really make sense. So, they just didn't do it at all. It's not a "he can't do it" or it's explicitly a bad idea...it just didn't fit the medium. In anime, it's different. More importantly, he doesn't actually have to do that with his clothes. He just absorbs real clothes (because Shuna made that outfit for him) and then spits it out as he transforms to fill it. He's not creating that outfit each time (in this instance, and possibly in others as well). He's putting it in his belly and getting it back out. Finally, he's not actually doing any of it. He's activating the necessary abilities, but it's Raphael actually handling the management of them. So again, there's zero delay and Rimiru himself is using exactly no concentration of his own on it. Is that all canon? I have no clue. Probably not. But it's a far more sensible explanation, given what all of the components involved actually do.

8:20 Rimiru's presentation is on point!!! He doesn't hold back, he calls all the bullshite, and he never stops letting Claybitch know that he IS going to die. Warms me otaku heart. 10:12 This clapping is one of the sweetest and most deserved in all of anime. Shion, with a Demon Lord's blood dripping down her knuckles....the terror in Claybitch's eyes....what an amazung episode, right?!?

It was definitely an amazing episode and so satisfying just watching Clayman get rocked!! Someone gotta teach him how to squabble 😭😂

Those evidences that Rimuru brought were straight from Claymans Castel, which is why he also wanted to believe they are fake xD and for how they found there into Rimurus stomach: Geld has a skill similar to Gluttony (it fokes more on defense I think) that allows him to store things in HIS stomach. and the hyperspaces from Rimuru and Geld are partly overlapping so they can share items with no time delay between them, there is a much greater limit on the size of what Geld can store though. and i am sure it will be mentioned a few times in the comments but Rimuru has Appraisal on the Ultimate Level (and even for an Ultimate Skill it is very strong) and Clayman is clearly nowhere near that kind of power.....so what could it mean when there was no spell found....and look at Milims face and the sound she is making when Raphael suspected a trap....VERY SUS 🤔🤨😉

I did notice her facial expressions slowly changing throughout the fight a bit. The fact Geld and Rimuru can share items through a hyperspace is really dope

So how did Veldora arrive? It was never tackled (or not yet explained) in the anime but there exists a Soul Corridor between Rimuru and Veldora. This corridor was created when he made a body double for Veldora. The creation of this corridor also had an added effect that if one dies, the other can be ressurected and they always have a connection to each other to know how the other is doing/feeling. Veldora used this to travel to where Rimuru is. To truly kill the two requires them to be killed at nearly the same time. The upside for Veldora is that he does not have to wait a long time to reform.

@@Angel_Rod in the episode "The Eve of Battle" at time 11:11 in the episode Rimuru mentions that he could call Veldora using Summon Storm Dragon skill. and it would appear that was triggered by Rimuru being in mortal danger.

Fun Fact: Fallen is short for Fallen Angel. Now, Fallen is the correct translation for the furigana フォールン (fōrun) so its not incorrect to just call Dīno a Fallen and not Fallen Angel. Just thought I would point this out since I've seen a lot of fans think its a mistranslation. Of all the mistranslations and misspellings throughout the Tensura franchise, this isn't one of them. Speaking of Misspellings, Deeno should be Dīno but I can understand where they got this one and it's nowhere near as egregious as some of the others. I've even used it myself so I don't have to bother putting the overscore on the I unless I am trying to be formal-like like now. ------------------------------- Note: When giving the races and titles of the council members it is not stated at what specific evolutionary stage of the species each member is at. For example Rimuru is a Demon Slime from the Slime species. ------------------------------ Best addition to the series from the anime adaptation: Taking advantage of Clayman's voice actor's experience in manipulative jackasses on the bad end of rapid-fire fisticuffs to do a JoJo reference. ----------------------------------- You know, in terms of raw power, Clayman and Shion are around the same level. The difference is that Clayman's skills are based primarily based around defense and manipulation while Shion's are primarily based in combat plus Shion also has Hakurou's martial training. I love how Tensura isn't like a lot of anime in only taking into account raw power. Skills and Technique can trump power (like Shuna vs Adalmann) and if the two combatants are roughly equal power wise (like Shion vs Clayman) then the one with the superior skills and techniques will dominate. ------------------------- Note: Nine Head is the species name not the individual name of the fox. It's kind of scary what she might be capable of if she had a proper name from a proper master considering she's already an S-rank monster. Nine Heads are a sub-species of Cryptids, a race of demi-spiritual Monsters that originate from another dimension. Cryptids all take the form of magical beasts. Any more info and we get into real spoiler territory unfortunately. I only tell you this much because I doubt the anime will ever explain it properly in the future. --------------------------------- Yep, you figured out how Veldora can summon himself or be summoned to Rimuru thanks to their Soul Corridor. This particular aspect of the Soul Corridor manifests as the sub-skill of the Ultimate Skill Veldora called Summon Storm Dragon.

It is a little hidden in the anime, but Milim is the daughter of Veldnava, the dragon who was basically "God" for that world. The other 3 dragons, Veldora, Velzard and Velgrind talk about Veldnava as their "brother". Milim is technically one of the true dragons and would be considered the niece of the 3 remaining dragons. I know the web novel went into what happened to Veldnava, I don't recall seeing it in the light novel series yet.

At 3:19 "Please, don't blame Milim." & yet, Clayman hit her. At 10:10 I'm happy for u, Angel. At 11:37 "Viola", Clayman's 4-armed puppet. About "Veldora's perfect timing": - It wasn't "Rimuru" who summon him. - If "Veldora" knew Rimuru in trouble, he wouldn't have hit on the head.

Rimuru was about to die with that hit Meanwhile veldora took that and with some headache 😂

IIRC in the previous episode or the one before it, (at some point when things are being planned) Rimuru mentioned summoning Veldora would be a trump card if he runs into too much trouble. Perhaps in a way a spoiler... but that summoning skill doesn't require Rimuru's will to do so. Veldora can literally just show up if he so desires.

Rimuru has Ultimate Skill Veldora. But yeah Veldora force activated Summon Storm dragon part of the skill from his end rather than Rimuru lol. As for why he is there….next episode 👀

The veldora thing is kinda not fully explained but lets just say soul corridor established by the Ultimate Skill Veldora works 2 ways, Rimuru actually stashed the table away because it looked expensive and he did not want to have to reimburse Guy if it broke because off him so he stashed it away until after the fighting is over, Theres also a specific reason Raphael told Rimuru to use Beelzebub in the fight, it was during this that he realized he fell into Guys trap and revealed himself having an ultimate skill so he decided reveal only 1 and hope the rest of the demon lords assume its only that one since Beelzebub is actually fitting for what a slime demon lord would possess, theres also the fact Uriels Absolute defense wouldnt hold up to Milims attacks so he has to Dodge attacks and use Beelzebub both offensively and defensively

So all demons have a color based on whoever they are descendants of and inherit some of their personality from their primordial. Guy asked Beretta about their lineage because he found Beretta’s behavior odd. Diablo didn’t like making descendants so there aren’t very many Black demons. Demons are usually obsessed with power and constantly getting stronger but Diablo does things just for entertainment and isn’t particularly interested in getting stronger. Beretta casually admitted their weakness and how serving Ramiris was enjoyable because of performing research as opposed to fighting or gaining strength.
