Excellent bike!! Don't let the few negative comments in here steer you away! I just recieved mine yesterday and finished setting it up this evening. Everything needed was in the box, no issues. Mine also came with a rear brake light! Quality parts and budget friendly. I'm super exited, thanks R1!

Just got mine. Had it a few days. This thing is superb. I'm riding it on some serious hills and in really cold weather. 23 degrees yesterday with 18+ mph winds. The froth on my beer was freezing over my Yeti pinter. I got it unlocked to 28mph. It pulled my fully loaded trailer to the recycling center this morning. That's a 500' assent. Can't wait to get some slicks on it. Pre-purchase customer service was great. Nothing missing in the box. One loose valve stem, bent hanger on front fender, getting the tail light on was a bih but it's also a brake light which is sweet. Deraileur needed adjustment. My Topeak rear rack fit perfectly so my trunk bag and baskets are on. I added a rear view mirror and pushed the throttle in a bit to accomodate it. Still can reach the throttle but it's not my thing. I wanna get up and kill it. Got front and rear facing cameras mounted. Can't trust American drivers but they do behave better on camera. Got a stem mount for my garmin computer installed cause I don't go anywhere without my rear firing radar taillight. I'm super happy with this beast so far. Looks to be quality from top to bottom. Got it for 1372.00 usd shipped and taxed.

Been a month and we absolutely love our Turris! If I could be a salesperson I would sell the heck out of this bike and I’m not even a cyclist!

I had an excellent customer service experience with Ride 1 Up. This was regarding a battery on my Core-5 bike (now replaced with the Turris) which went bad after a year, and they replaced it with a larger upgraded version. Are there better bikes? Of course...but value for money??

Instructions for front brake assembly and attachment in this video are seriously lacking in detail. There are 2 washers that are never mentioned and the attachment screws are different lengths. Which one goes in which position? Where do the washers go? Oh and after you have it all set up and attached you can take it all apart again to route the cable correctly for attachment to the fork, which they should have told you at the beginning not the end.

Hey, I got stumped on this also. The assembly is the same as the rear brake. They should really show the order of those dished shims!

My bike arrived with the small parts bag open and the contents spilled all over the inside of the shipping box. The bolt for holding the front fender and light is totally missing and I can't attach either of these parts!

Not having a good exprince its like a got a bike that was returned I am missing the all the hardware for the front brake and both rotors for brakes look like they are rubbing. I was looking to save some money going with them when I should have got a jucied Ebike instead we will see if they provide the hardware but at this piont I have no idea how this bike will last. Its funny because you see all these revies for this bike on youtube making it sound like the best bike ever I wonder how much they paid for all these reviews.

Stay away at all cost! This assembly video only works if you receive a bike with all the parts in the box....when asking customer service for help, they just tell you to go fix it yourself. Joke of a company.

Mine came missing a bolt for the handlebar and I was told to go buy one and they would refund me the cost.

The shipping this company uses is atrocious my box came mangled
