    The combo skewer all day. Looks really good, and looks easy enough to try. Though not as easy as you adjust your grill. I can't put a heat deflector in without heat resistant gloves.

    That looks absolutely delicious. I would leave more space between the meats and vegetables though in order to allow for more flame sear in between.

    Step one, put gloves on and touch the raw meat. Step 2 keep same gloves on and touch everything
