Reverse/Prevent OSTEOPOROSIS (Get Stronger Bones) 2024

Is it possible to reverse osteoporosis and have stronger bones? I have seen it happen many times with my patients. You can prevent/reverse osteoporosis with the tips I give in this video, as well as prevent/reverse osteopenia. Large drug companies would rather you not know this, but you deserve to know.
Bones are living tissues that are constantly being remodeled, and they are built of what you have eaten over the past few years. Osteoclasts are specialized cells that remove old & damaged bone tissue. Following behind them are Osteoblasts which are cells that lay down new bone matrix in a very strategic way. Your diet and lifestyle determine if this remodeling process leads to stronger or weaker bones; what you do and what you eat literally decide how strong your bones will be. These specialized cells down dissolve old bone and lay down new bone in some willy-nilly fashion, they are very wise in this process of increasing your Meaningful Bond Density.
Most of the prescription medications for Osteoporosis Treatment/Prevention hi-jack the actions of these specialized cells. Although these medications can increase your overall bone density; this increased density often does not lead to meaningful increases in bone strength and flexibility...

You'll get a useful list if you Google "calcium rich natural foods". I myself like yoghurt, cheese, dark leafy greens, seeds (hemp, pumpkin, sunflower), sardines, wild caught salmon... Probably discussed here already: study vitamin D3, K2, magnesium, boron, protein, proper exercise.

Here are the main points summarised and the approx time in the video the point is raised. Thanks a lot Dr Berry!: Increases risk of osteoporosis: * Drinking more than 2 glasses of alcohol a day increases your risk of osteoporosis 5:50 * Smoking 6:00 * Vitamin D and K2 deficiency 6:20 * Lots of grains, sugars, and processed foods in your diet 6:35 * Inactivity 6:45 * Drinking soft drinks 7:15 * Consumption of Proton Pump Inhibitors and H2 Blocker medications that reduce atomic acidity 7:30 * Low hormones 8:35 * Diabetic, steroid and lithium medications 8:50 DEXA Scanner shows bone health How to prevent or reverse osteoporosis: * Avoid sugar and processed carbs and eat collagen and minerals from fatty meats and the skin from the meat as it contains collagen. Eat the gristle in meats. The membrane on the back of ribs is gristle. The membrane on a hard-boiled egg is pure collagen. Make a homemade bone broth. 11:05 * Eat good sources of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and boron minerals. Can take a supplement for the minerals, but don't take a Calcium supplement as they don't help. Calcium-rich foods are green foods. Using egg shells in bone broth adds more calcium. 12:20 * Weight-bearing and resistance training exercises like walking, lifting weights and strenuous activity (like a bit of jogging). Lots of running can decrease bone density. 13:05 * Stop smoking and drinking soft drinks 14:40 * Get off Diabetic, steroid and lithium medications 15:00 * Stop drinking more than 2 alcoholic drinks a day 15:10 * Take vitamin D if you're not eating enough pastured fatty foods and sunlight 15:35 * Have a vitamin K2 supplement like a MK7 15:55 * Fix your hormones. Get a hormone panel check if you are over 40. Low testosterone in men increases the risk of osteoporosis, as does low testosterone, progesterone, and estrogen in women. If your hormones are low take bioidentical hormones, not synthetic hormones as these increase the risk of cancer and heart disease 16:25 * Try to keep stress low and get adequate sleep. Chronic high cortisol decreases bone density 17:10 * Don't depend on prescription medications for osteoporosis 18:20

I am on NO medications and lean more towards Chiropractors. I'd been indoors a lot and sendentary due to music productions and hot weather in Arizona. 2 years ago, I moved to Virginia where they have more townhomes and stairs. I fell down, broke wrist, which is when they discovered Osteopenia. I began taking Vitamin D3 as they said, but they never told me about the Vitamin K. Or Keto diet. I prayed in faith today to find answers and found your video....thanks for the hope and direction. Blessings

My last DEXA test, I was 68 had changed a tad bit from the previous year. I refused to take the Drugs for Osteoporosis because of the horrible side effects. She got so mad at me she walked out the examine room (needless to say this was my last visit to that office). I also do not take calcium because it can build up in your arteries and cause blockages.. I do take Vitamin D 3 &K 2. Dr. Berry I'm glad I found your KZread on Prevent or Reverse Osteoporosis.

@@lilliemoss6895 K2 - it activates to proteins; one to keep calcium out of soft tissue and arteries; the other to actually direct and drive calcium that we already have enough of, just need to carboxylate and activate those proteins. D3 is to help pull the calcium out of the gut. Not K1, that is found in leafy greens, and is for blot clotting, so not to bleed to death. K2 is the opposite, with a mild blood thinning. Best wishes~

I have been taking D3 with MK-7 for some time. I recently began taking this combination just before going to bed after listening to videos by Dr. Stasha Gominak. I do not get up as often at night to take care of my bladder. I wake up in the morning feeling as if I actually slept. Taking D3 before the body's repair cycle (sleep) may be very helpful for overall health.

I have a friend who is 93 years old. A former scientist, he strongly recommends taking borax diluted in filtered water every day. He showed me his bone density scans before and after taking borax. He had osteopenia before taking boron. He showed me his scan after taking borax for awhile. His bone density is better than mine and I am 25 years younger than he is! He is very active for his age and looks much younger than his age.

Dear Dr. Berry, I was about to listen to an evening prayer, which I never do when, I came across your video. What an answer to my prayer your amazing video was for me. Thank you. I was diagnosed with full blown Osteoporosis over 20 years ago and was prescribed Alandronic Acids. I tried it for 1 month and hated every pill I took. So I told my GP I didn't want to continue taking it... honestly, he turned his back on me and said .. then there's nothing he can do for me. I so agree totally with every word you have sadly I live in a country where the medical service has very little thought for post menopausal women and I'm fighting a battle to get hormone treatment. I went into menopause in my late 30' after an hysterectomy and was on and off HRT for about 10 years. Since then I was bombarded with calcium which did nothing but caused bruising between my joints. Now I walk a lot and make use of being in the sun. I will defo take your advice. A question. ?What cologne protein would you suggest? getting Estrogen here is nigh on impossible. No one listens... I may as well talk to the wall. Thank you again
