    Thank you so much for this video! I am really interested in reading Mark’s book. I am a 75 year old woman. I eat a healthy mostly plant based diet, lift free weights 4 times a week, walk 2 miles several times a week, and am staying healthy so far. I want to know more about the supplements Mark takes and anything I can do to age backwards. I just subscribed to your channel.

    @@PacoMike03 BLOOD drinking is the secret of looking young. Its a secret of masonry. All masons do so. politics pop stars singers actors More of the androgyne in the humans blood, when we fear.     Great video. Focusing on whole foods and almost no refined sugar, white flour, Starch, unhealthy fats, ... and daily exercise plus a good mindset are key. Avoiding inflammatory food and lifestyle is essential. Eating at night at 2am regularly , little sleep, no exercise, unhealthy food, not enough sunlight... are factors that have a negative impact! Also, genes play a big role which should not be underestimated. Expose the Body to cold and warm temperatures, stretch and get the muscles working.

    I had been eating a lot of chocolate before , but after listening this, I am opted to reduce sugar a lot. Reverse aging with resistance exercise , less sugar, and cold shower 🚿 looks to be beneficial! Thank you 🙏 @jimkwik for awesome video!

    Medical spas now offer paid treatments like Coolsculpting (freezes fat) and EmSculpting (activates muscle eg 30 minute treatment is like 30,000 sit ups). Is there any real evidence that these types of treatments can help build muscle /reduce fat (the fine print on these brochures is based on a sample size less than 5). Would love Dr Hyman’s thoughts! Great podcast! Already on my journey to a younger stronger and ‘kwiker’ me!!

    In my mind, it’s speak your mind remember when you were young and be yourself as a person. We’re all gracefully but still remember yourself and still pipe off. I have that strength to just be silly and speak your mind. I think when you quit speaking your mind, and you just get too tired, that is when you die. I mean we could all die anytime but I think you have to just have that Spunk.

    Easy to say "stress management" when you don't have a quadriplegic cerebral palsy adult son who needs 24 hour care and you can't sleep through all night because his seizures disorders. Let's see what should I choose as soon as I get up in the morning (very early) meditate or change a poopy diaper? I didn't hear nothing new the same as usual, eat right, exercise, not stress etc.etc of course I want to live until I am on my 100's to take care of my son but unfortunately I didn't hear nothing new.

    It’s that mindset that’s going to hold us back. I’m sorry you have that responsibility but know that God sees the care you’re showing for your disabled son and maybe your son can’t show his gratitude but I’m sure his soul knows. Have a good day. ❤

    A lot of this lifestyle is kind of unrealistic for the majority of people. Because of money, time, childre, amd more. Sure some of the information is useful but a lot comes down om how privileged you are after all.

    So you make time. Instead of watching tv or whatever, workout. even walk around your home. There's no excuse. You don't need money to want to become healthy. You just DO IT.
