Restaurant Hack | Garnish | Crunchy Tapioca Pearl cracker| Squid Ink| Chipotle | Beetroot |seaweeds

Tapioca is a starch extracted from the roots of the cassava plant. You can try this at home as a vegetarian healthy snack.

and boiled and dehydrated make into crunchy You can make any variety by adding flavour such as, Seaweeds, chipotle, beetroot, squid ink, wasabi and more. Mostly High In restaurant use a piece of cassava cracker add into a component of a dish.

    Is it possible to let it dry without any oven? Just in the air? Kitchen or livingroom?

    I made these 2ce. First time worked perfectly but the second time my crackers weren't puffing in the fryer. I left it overnight by accident in the dryer, is that why?

    ‘Aonori’ is correct. Ao means green, and nori means seaweed. ‘Aomori’ is one of the names of the prefectures in Japan😆

    Rather than baking it for 4hr30 minutes.. Can we just put it in a bakery oven off after work and let dry overnight? Just asking.. Thanks

    Yes you can!just put in low temp.
