    I made these 2ce. First time worked perfectly but the second time my crackers weren't puffing in the fryer. I left it overnight by accident in the dryer, is that why?

    Looks like garbage. You're using sousvide and cooked it to the perfect temp then you're sticking it to the oven for another 15 mins? Lol

    ‘Aonori’ is correct. Ao means green, and nori means seaweed. ‘Aomori’ is one of the names of the prefectures in Japan😆

    Yes you can , just follow the recipe for the lamb and sauce .I suggest that you change the sidings to be much easier for you , plating for 10 person

    Interesting. I've never seen rack of lamb prepared with bones removed then reinserted. Wish you had shown that bone reinsertion step in the video. Any advice on that process? And is there any technical benefit to this technique? Thanks.
