Diet almost same hai. Resistance band ke workout ke sath koi alag diet nahi hai.
Morning Post workout whey protein (120 calories) taken count or not in daily intake calories?

Friend thanks for your concern for every doubt, i have another doubt while trying to reduce belly fat, 5 ltr water intake for day is any obstacle or it is good, please tell me high water intake is good or bad for reduce belly fat, please suggest me

5 liter water is too much I believe. 2-3 liter is fine. Water does help in weight loss because it suppresses the appetite and make you feel less hungry through out the day so you eat less calories which leads to weight loss. Check this video kzread.infojZcbs9HOK6A?

Mere sath bhi ese hi hua tha mene ek bar band kahi esi jagah fasaya jaha se vo nikal gaya or sidhe mere mu pe ake laga or me tab precher curlkar raha tha Meri ankh thodi si bach gayi Kafi der face pe pain Hua So be safe

Hello, Please check this video. I’ve explained how to calculate calories kzread.info/dash/bejne/n6R7pqR_gdDfiZc.html. If you have a little fat and less muscle mass , stay in 200-300 calories deficit and do resistance training with high protein intake. (2.2g per kg body weight). Perform abs workout 2-3 times per week.
