    my weight loss diet loose weight 5kg in month Wake up - Park or exercise with coffee and lemon /Warm water with lemon then at 11:30 have fruits 1:00 Full lunch Curd 2 chapatti DON'T DRINK WATER WHILE EATING after 4:30 Again coffee lemon drink And have workout Without drinking water 2hrs/1hrs optional Park also Then coming back have juice (mix fruit) DON'T EAT DINNER Then have lemon water.(Warm). CAUTION FOLLOW IF YOUR DOCTOR/TRAINER AGREES HAVE 2L WATER EVERYDAY
