Excellent, 10/10, rubber band has proven it cases more micro muscle tear than weights. But you need wear safety glasses just incase rubber band slips or breaks. Because this can cause your eye to blind.

Shoutouts from los Angeles California!! I had a pact are January of this year, I have not been able to lift weights because I am not cleared yet, I've gained a ton of weight, but my physical therapist told me that resistant bands are the best, he said I'll get even more shredded than if I were to be actually lifting weights! I just bought some off Amazon today and I'm excited to start slowly baby steps again

Your therapist is right. The resistance bands literally requires you to pull. Pulling force affects the muscles more than pushing or lifting .

Gym rats have become home rats since 2020. I have always worked out at home since 2004 lifting progressively heavier weights in a duffel bag. Always got excellent results. There was one year in 2016 where I used a gym at my workplace and I did not see a difference between me lifting weights in a bag and using proper gym equipment.
So basically, if we want to achieve a body like yours, Resistance bands are enough, right?

Hello! I had a question. How far ,in terms of muscle development, can you go by using the beginners resistance band routine? Love your videos they motivate me a lot and as of last week I’ve started working out according to your routine.

Hi Kazi, if you follow the routine regularly with high protein diet and proper nutrition, you can gain decent muscle mass but you can always switch to intermediate and advanced levels once you are comfortable with beginner routine for challenge yourself.

I know you uploaded this more than 2 years ago but my question is can we increase repetition instead of weights for progressive overloading? Matlab if i increase the repetition instead of weights of the band will that counter the progressive overloading ka disadvantage
