Please tell me which quality resistance band you are using.
I believe resistance band give more satisfaction since the posturing is bit easier then the dumbbells 💪! Must say perfectly explained! Cheers brother

Absolutely! Best part is the resistance bands provide feedback to your joints throughout the full motion of an exercise. This allows for increased stability of the joint through muscular activation and decreases the amount of stress put on the joint surfaces. 👍😊

Itna ki band dhila na rahe thoda sa strech hona chahiye.

Hello, Abdominal fat can only be reduced if you stay in calories deficit. Spot reduction is not possible. When you lose fat, it gets reduced from everywhere and eventually you lose abdominal fat as well. Unfortunately there is no shortcut.

Lbs means pounds.. weight ki unit hai. 1kg = 2.2 lbs

Do lower chest workout 2-3 times a week. Lower chest is difficult to hit but when you workout with high volume (both reps and weighs) with proper mind muscle connection, it develops over the period of time.

Depend karta hai ki bands ki quality kaisi hai. Agar acchi quality ke bands hai 2-3 saal aram se chalte hai.

Hello, Please make sure your angle is proper. If you keep your arms high than you will hit shoulders.

Nahi .. agar aap do no session ke beech mein 48 hours recovery time rakhenge to overtraining nahi hogi.
Bhai ye jo apne last me Kiya ghotno pe aake uske baare me to kuch bhi nhi bataya 😢
