Lithium grease is not good for nylon gears. It damages them. Silicone grease is optimal.

Excellent video. How much of this could be avoided by using better lube? I imagine the lubrication dept is a man with a bamboo stick hitting the workers if they use too much. It makes you want to strip yours down just to relube, but warranties.. British manufacturers are no better human resources wise, im a machinist, in sure managers go to the Khmer Rouge school of slavedriving

My motor gear is 30 teeth. And I cannot find 30 teeth on internet. Can I replace it with 36teeth? Or what can I do? :/ can someone help me?
