    I've looked at the uneven winding jobs on many Bafang motors from the factory and wonder how they get away with charging so much. I've thought about rewinding mine, but never saw such a great rewinding job. Thanks for the encouragement. This should be a training video at the Bafang factory 😄👍

    Добрый день. Имею очень похожий мотор (Bafang 36V 350W) - в косе 5 жил по 0,5мм диаметром. Пока не разматывал - сколько витков на зубе неясно. Он на заднем колесе 28''. Подскажите какое кол-во витков у вас получилось намотать косами по 10*0,5мм? По диаграмме вроде 7, но лучше спросить... Также, если правильно понимаю, увеличивая количество жил в косе или диаметр жил при сохранении количества витков, уменьшают скорость но увеличивают момент - правильно? А уменьшая количество витков соответственно увеличивают скорость вращения?

  • @marmasteris

    @marmasteris

    Здравствуйте,намотал 7 витков,было 9,тем увеличил скорость вращения.Количество жил в косе на скорость не влияет,но влияет на мощность мотора.Количество витков на зуб влияет на скорость вращения.Больше витков,меньше скорость и на оборот.

    I'm in the process of rewinding my hubmotor now and love your video and have just 2 questions for you if I may ? 1st when taking off the old wire I have a few of the wires that are broken will it still work if I twist them back together again and continue the process will it be ok ? 2nd question is what are the black things you use when sliding the wires back into the slots ? I'm having issues with the wires getting caught up by the sharp edges sometimes and curious what their called and how do they work? Confused about after the wire is back in the slot and wrapped around one of the poles how you get the black paper or black film or what ever it is off? Btw awesome video yours is the only one I found that actually shows step by step the entire process ! Excellent job buddy!👌

    Yeah, it looks good on paper, but reality is different. I also have to point out your Hall Sensors we’re done when you heated them up, to pull them out. They’re very sensitive to heat. Just like most things. Haha. Also I’m surprised you didn’t take off the sprocket hub. It’s only two nuts. They come off easy, yet YOU DID IT while installed! I’m impressed! You know your motors. Actually answer is simple. if you reduce the wire length, the resistance is decrase at the same time. it means more electric current flow. and again it means high magnetic field. I would advise increase the battery power instead of reducing the wire lenght. if you increase the magnetic field on the wire then you have to increase the neodmiyum magnets's magenetic field. these both balance between wire and magnets have to increase or decrease at the same ratio. Otherwise you will lose effiency.
