Just finished mine! Thank you! Yes you also need the 24mm socket that isn't mentioned in the vid. I needed a lot of jacking in different areas to line things up like he's doing with that twisty bar.

I guess we missed that socket size, but we're glad you were able to replace yours.

Thanks for the video. Just finished the install on my 06 ridgeline. Unfortunately one of my sway bar links was broken so I had to replace both of them this is not easy to do as the bolts were completely rusted. I needed to use a grinder to cut the bolts out I used the brand called Moog for the sway bar links. They were much more substantial than the OEM. Getting the top bolt off of a sway bar link was very tricky because there is no room. Also as for the video you will also need at 24 mm socket that holds the bottom of the strut assembly. All in all it wasn't too bad I spent most of my time cutting out the bolts on the sway bar links. I may be wrong but I thought the kit was supposed to come with 3 new bolts for the top of the strut assembly. I purchased from Amazon the packaging wasn't the best. Since I personally don't have a lift I used jack stands

Just use a jack and stands. Use a second jack like he does. Not too hard.

Nice video, very helpful. I do want to mention that on my 2006 ridgeline the strut bolt at the bottom is 24mm. Not sure if this is true across all gen1's or not.

How many labor hours does it take to replace all 4 strut/shocks assemblies plus both lower control arms and 2 rear sway bar links? Thanks

Too bad he didn’t torque the lug nuts to 95 ft lbs. I’ve had bad luck with rotors warping because of over tightened lug nuts

@ Julian Garrett : so that’s the reason. Well I’m glad that I do my own wheel swaps every fall/spring for snow wheels/tires even though I only live on the west coast of the PNW. So more black ice than anything. I just changed my OEM rotors at 95K miles and it was due to worn down. Not warpage. I always wondered the reason. Thanks for enlightening me and confirming that my correct usage of a manual torque wrench every time on every lug for both mine and my wife’s rigs is for good reasons.

Nice video but I cringe at these guys who torque on wheel lugs with air hammers. Nuts.
