I saved this routine for a night before Easter break. I cannot believe how much I needed this. The tension in my upper glutes ached. Thanks Melissa. I am so grateful.

The left side of my body is so, so tight and painful, from my shoulder all the way down to my toes. I'm living with a chronic pain and fatigue disorder, but I've had issues with that side of my body for almost as long as I can remember. I have sciatica and hip pain and pelvic issues. This practice was the fullest release of the pain and tightness on my left side that I have maybe ever experienced. I actually waited to comment until after sleeping, because someimes my sciatica will flare up after I do a yoga practice. Not this time! I slept so soundly and woke up feeling like I had a good stretch but not in pain. Thank you so, so much for sharing these practices. They are making a difference for me. 🙏❤

Thank you for all these workouts. My pelvic has not been the same since I had my 2nd c section 8 months ago but these exercises are helping me. Please continue to make this type of challenge workout. I’m on day 6 today.

I've done every day so far, and this one is my favorite! I finally learned hoot use the balls! I bought them about a year ago for foot pain. Had a migraine all last night and today so this was very helpful. Ribs and breathing so tight. I know that's affecting my daily breathing! Thank you!

Yes they can and we also have other videos on out channel for myofascial release for hips and lower body. We also have detox and lymphatic classes, and stay tuned more lymphatic classes coming with this challenge.

This was a-ma-zing! ❤I feel so much taller 😊 Is it okay to use the balls on the C-section scar (3 c-sections, the last one was almost 2 years ago)? That was my most tender spot.

Way to go so awesome! And this is one exercise I love showing my clients who have had c-sections to help get more mobility in the area (once they are healed and have clearance from their doctor). If it is too much laying on the balls gentle massage to the area works to build up to laying on them. Keep up the great work!
How often do you recommend a practice like this? In a regular yoga practice or strengthening practice like yours.

Hi there! The most important thing to remember is to start slow and to listen to your body. Start with a couple times a week and see how you feel from there.💜
The section laying on the balls (pressing in the abs) omg felt it so bad, all the way through to my back, almost wanted to gag. 🤭
