This exercise coupled with specific breathing for your pelvic floor is key in learning how to optimize your pelvic floor and core system.

Oh, it almost looks too easy...l'm dealing with pelvic organ prolapse, but I will try. I thank you for this info, multiple pads a day & night, is becoming a nightmare. 73yrs old-yet l didn't expect such a progressive weakening regarding pelvic floor muscles etc. Thank you again❤❤❤❤

Can men do these? I am having an issue with the constant urge that I need to urinate. Did a bunch of tests, and now doctor thinks I need to work on my pelvic floor. What exercise do you recommend, for a male (if that even matters)?

How did your doctor come to the conclusion it was your pelvic floor? How are you doing now?
I need this because I kept feeling like I have to pee it’s mild pressure it doesn’t burn or hurt when I pee I’ve been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice that helped me out but it still feels a little weird down there I went to check and see if it was a uti and it was negative no pain just a weird feeling I have used my vibrating rose toy and maybe that caused this feeling lol I don’t know but I will try this out also I’ve been straining to poop maybe I pulled something down there lol

hi! I do not have an oab, but I have been having the urgency to pee as of lately. I have a tight pelvic floor, and I think by peeing a lot, my bladder is getting weaker. Will this help with that?

I love doing exercises to focus on what you are feeling and how you are doing them verses reps. I I recommend setting a timer for a minute to explore what you are feeling and listening to your body.

Everyone is different so listening to your body is key. I like to have my clients focus on form and what they are feeling verses counting so I have them set a timer for 1 minute and focus on breathing!

With overactive bladder it's learning how to use the core and pelvic floor system and how it works to manage intra-abdominal pressure. When there is too much pressure this leads to pelvic gripping and tension contributing to pelvic floor issues like leaks and overactive bladder. Breathing and posture are 2 important parts of manage intra-abdominal pressure. When we inhale the diaphragm descends down to pelvic floor muscles lengthening them and then when we exhale the diaphragm contracts coming back up lifting the pelvic floor muscles. This exercises focuses on relaxing the pelvic floor while focusing on breathing. The key is to get to the root cause of the tightness.

Everyone is different and I like to focus on form and what you are feeling doing the exercises verses how many. I typically set a timer for 1 min to focus on breath and pelvic floor connection. Some people do this 1x day some do it a few times a week, and some do it when needed.

The most important thing is that you are listening to your body and paying attention to your breathing. Try holding for 45-60 seconds once a day and see how you feel.

It's about learning to manage intra-abdominal pressure. When there is too much pressure this leads to tightness and gripping. This exercises uses breathing and a pelvic floor stretch to release that tension and tightness that is contributing to overactive bladder.

Guys.. I'm just 20 and virgin.. But I have noticed that the tube through which we women pee through is sticking out.. Sometimes because of that I cant control my pee. When I goggled, it says urethral prolapse.. Do you guys have any idea about what it is.. Will this affect pregnancy in the future?? 😭😭😭

Not everyone has rubber / bendable legs like yours 😂 There's just no way my legs will do that . I'd be stuck on my back like a dying fly !!

A modification could be doing 1 leg at a time or using a strap or belt instead of your hands to bring the knee in. 💕
I need to pass a lot of urine every hour in day and night from last few days feel very weak..it occurs after every 2 to 3 months.tests are normal with slight uti..what to do mam?

There is plenty of science behind this exercise plus 1000's of clients I have worked with that benefit from exercises like these. It is knowing the anatomy, how the body functions, and how the systems work together. It's not thinking "I constantly have to pee, therefore I have a weak pelvic floor and need to strengthen by doing kegels," which is what we have been conditioned to think. The core and pelvic floor is a system where the pelvic floor needs to lengthen, respond, react, adapt to our daily movements. The majority if the time the pelvic floor is too tight and not able to eccentrically length (accept the load of the task at hand). It is also learning about pressure management because when there is too much intra-abdominal pressure this creates pelvic pressure and tension contributing to pelvic floor issues like OAB. Working lengthening the pelvic floor is helpful for this. This particular exercise when coupled with your breathing specifically for the pelvic floor works on relaxing and lengthening the pelvic floor. This is just one example of an exercise for OAB there are many other areas that need to be considered.

Does this work for overactive bladder? As in, it’s not a UTI but caused from holding pee in for too long, too many times and now there’s a mind body disconnect…

Peshab control me nahi rahata tha Aisa lagta tha ki Peshab apne aap nikal jata hai agar kabhi Peshab karne jau to hota nahi tha pr thodi der bad apne aap nikal jata tha kisibhi bimari ki had hoti hai aur ab sari hade par ho chuki thi kisi ke samne kabhi aisa hota tha to mujhe bahut sharminda hona padta tha, but ab aisa koi issue nahi raha, all thanks to Utracon this product change my life fully .
