I'm actually doing another one starting January 2nd!
No WAY! I literally started AIP on Sep 12 (after 2 years of putting it off)... but today is the end of Sep 16... lol! Missed the boat. Can I still access the starter info? Edit: I was still able to access the materials. Thank you!

I have to ask. Do you use a probiotic? If so, which one do you use that is aip compliant?
I spent 150 hours on here before I found you on KZread. I'm lying in bed with horrible gastro pain, fatigue like I've never had, trying to learn AIP diet for autoimmune disease. Is this challenge a good place to start?

It depends on what device you're on, but sometimes when you hit the "Show more" button now the rest of the description shows up on the top right of your screen.
