Hey guys, more than half your questions on here, and from the podcast a few days ago, are in his book. It is a really great read, and I have gained a lot of knowledge from it. But if I read one more post about how Joseph should try falconry I'm a lose it lol, buy his book and support him.

Boss and Neela had some great moments in this one! I love how Boss has fancy moves while Neela is a straight rat seeking missile.

Hey man, I came here from Shawn Woods channel, You should really look into getting whippets... they are also known as snap dogs, they were used in the old days in England as entertainment in competitions which dog could catch more rats in a short time. I bet they were used in eratication as well. They are great hunters. We have a kennel and we have 5 whippets.

I don't think anyone on the ground, had the heart to tell Joseph they weren't playing King of The Haystack with him, especially not after seeing him look down with that big smile! LOL JK That was too funny seeing him scale the haystack with ease, just to follow it up with his rapid descent, I'm 100% sure after seeing that, growing up, he's been King of The Haystack a time or two!

When the dog catches them i find myself clenching my teeth and shaking my head from side to side

I really love to see how Neela is developing! She seems more fit and faster now. Shes really turning into quite the ratter.. And of course, in the case of working in the hay, being small has its advantages! Even if she has to be lifted lmao

I really love this channel! The ratting in particular. It’s so cools seeing animals(dogs) who were bread for this work have jobs. And then you add Mink in to the mix, just awesome! I also appreciate that you have an environmentalists approach to control pest populations. Well done! 💚

I worked for the Motion Picture Industry for 25 years. Have you considered putting a Mini Pin Hole camera around the Minks neck? They should be very small these days. The power source is small 3 Volt Lithium-Ion Battery cells. It uses radio transmission of sound and video. With a wide angle lens you can capture more.

Thank you for what you do - just hope others who think about getting a mink read your book AND follow it. Seen way too many get a mink and cage it like a ferret.

Boss and Neela are so good, I love the slight hesitation in Boss so be sure he doesn't bite Joseph or mink, it's slight but I see it and it's really sweet. These dogs work hard. :) Also, I agree with others that Twitch may be worth a shot. I'm not sure what their content rules are in cases like this, it may still be unsuitable as a live platform do to the graphic nature, but I'm not sure. I'm sure you could discuss with the owners about what you do and get their take on it! Normally I see it used for video games and artwork, but I imagine there may be an untapped market for you there.

Hey Joseph, I was wondering where you got your Lurcher from? It's very hard to find a breeder in the US, best one I've found so far is in the UK and I'm not sure if they sell their puppies outside the UK.

Yeah there aren't too many around. It seems like half the ones that are around were accidental breedings. My first lurcher came from an accident, but Boss was bred on purpose.

He explained it before. He gives them to people with pet snakes or find them nursing mothers if they are too young and then gives them away.

I don't agree with giving them as snake food, that's a great way to give you pet snake a parasite. I recommend making them into snacks for the mink.
