Do this everyday for quick Back Pain RELIEF in 4 minutes. A common cause of low back pain are HIPS that do not MOVE. In this video, Dr. Jon Saunders will show you a 4 minute hip mobility routine that will help get rid of your back pain in as little as 4 minutes!
We sit too long and don't move enough. This causes our hips to tighten, forcing us to move through our low backs more. Over time, this can create instability and pain in our low back that just won't go away!
The hip bone IS connected to our spine bone as the song goes and it DOES cause low back pain. :) Let me help you get your hips moving better so your low back remains PAIN FREE!

    I just saw some of your answers…keep the back straight and focus on the hips. It looks like cat cow and child pose are not our friends unless you support your back. Is that correct!

    Thank you 🙏 I have a chronic lower back pain for a long time but I always exercise to continue but recently I had a strong backache in the yoga class and since then I’m not get better, I feel something like liquid moving in my back and make the pain stronger. I don’t know what it is and looks like nothing it’s work

    Thanks Dr Jon. Just I have concern about the pain that linked the back with leg. Also, how long it takes to eliminate the pain .... And last thing how can I know the source of the pain ... is there any test to check it. Appreciate your support

    That is a hard one...trying to find the balance between resting the joint and strengthening and mobilizing is most important...try some of the movements in the video...I hope they help you...best wishes.
