Pumpkin Gnocchi with Cream Sauce! Delicately Colored and Flavored with Pumpkin!

Gnocchi are small lumps of dough most traditionally composed of a simple combination of wheat flour, egg, salt, and potato. This dish is inexpensive, easy to prepare, and filling. The origin of Gnocchi is Italy.
PUMPKIN GNOCCHI
For the Gnocchi Dough you will need:
2 pounds Baking or Russet Potatoes(cooked in skins and scraped after)
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup Pumpkin Puree
2 large eggs
1 large onion (diced finely)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon White pepper
½ teaspoon ground Nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
For the Cream Pesto Sauce you will need:
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
400 ml Heavy cream
2 -3 table spoons Pesto Sauce
To serve:
You could use diced bell pepper or pumpkin seeds on top.

    Looks delicious! I made a recipe similar to this using butternut squash and after cooked sautéed lightly in sage and butter. I will trying your recipe. Thank you, I much appreciate your videos🙂

    Thank you so much. 🌹You can divide this recipe in half. I think I made Gnocchi for 3 months ahead. 😁It's in my freezer now.
