Whole Wheat Bread! Easy recipe, great taste!

Whole wheat flour is partly or entirely milled from whole or almost-whole wheat grains. Bread made with whole wheat flour is healthy and delicious and can be used for sandwiches, avocado toast or simply as is, to accompany soup or stew.
WHOLE WHEAT BREAD RECIPE
500 g whole wheat bread flour
7 g active dry yeast
15 g sugar
10 g salt
35 g olive oil
1-2 teaspoons ground coriander
350 ml water
1st proof 1.5 hours
2nd proof (in a pan) 30 minutes
Bake at 410°F(220°C) for 30 minutes
Let cool, slice and enjoy!
