Delicious Turkey Kotleti. Gluten-Free Recipe.

"Kotleti"(RUS) ,patties that are made with ground meat.
The most popular dish in former Soviet Union. Often ground beef is used or a combination of beef and pork. Today, I want to share a gluten-free version of Turkey Kotleti and I hope you will enjoy it!
I always make a lot, so the ingredients are doubled.
TURKEY KOTLETI RECIPE
You will need:
900g (2 lb.) lean ground turkey
2 large eggs
1 sweet onion ( you can use regular, yellow onion)
5-6 cloves garlic
3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground coriander
3 tablespoons Ghee (clarified butter or cooking oil)
Method:
In a large mixing bowl combine ground turkey, eggs, salt and pepper.
Blend in a food processor or using hand blender onion and garlic.
Add to the mix.
Add mayonnaise.
Mix well and slightly whisk with your hands to incorporate more air into the mix.
Cover and let refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Add 3 tablespoons to large skillet and heat up well.
Scoop out kotleti onto the hot skillet, forming oblong shape.
Fry on both sides until slightly browned.
Transfer into a baking dish, cover and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
You could also add the water directly to the skillet, reduce the heat and let steam covered for 5 minutes.
Enjoy with side salad or any side dish you like.
