Pumpkin Butter Cake(Soft and moist)No Baking Powder |南瓜牛油蛋糕(分蛋式)无泡打粉

没有泡打粉的南瓜牛油蛋糕~这次用了分蛋烫面法的方式,蛋糕非常的柔软湿润。比起传统式的烤法,小孩还是比较喜欢吃这种软绵绵的蛋糕😋。
Pumpkin butter cake ~ No baking powder needed as this time I used egg separated method. The cake is really moist and soft!
Ingredients 材料
125g Salted butter 125克有盐牛油
90g Cake flour 90克低筋面粉
3 Egg yolks 3颗蛋黄
50g Pumpkin purée 50克南瓜泥
40g Fresh milk 40克鲜奶
3 Egg whites 3颗蛋白
50g Castor sugar 50克细砂糖

    i only got 8 inch mould, meaning double all the ingredients? What about temperature & time?

    Hi, no need to grease the pan. Just line the bottom of the pan 😊.

    你好,不好意思我没有测几度。我是用小火把牛油煮融化后就立刻加入面粉。趁面糊保持温温的时候加入鸡蛋糊里😊

    可以用紫薯泥或其他蔬果泥吗? 牛油可以换去植物油吗?也是一样份量?? 蛋白是硬性?

    你好,如果牛油换去植物油就没有牛油香了。(那就不是牛油蛋糕了😊)可以用其他蔬果泥,可是份量需要稍微调整因为每种蔬果的水份都不一样。蛋白打发至2个小弯钩,不需要到硬性😊。
