Hi,maybe is the egg whites problem, you can try this side.Whip the egg white on high-speed speed until become bubble form, begin whipping the egg whites on low speed,added sugar separately for three times until soft peaks form, they become foamy and frothy.It takes about 5-10 minutes to whip the eggs whites.
