Same. I've commented on a few other videos of how I'd get misgendered because from different angles, I look like a female (even though I'm a gay male with longer than average hair) and people call me miss or ma'am most of the time. But once I start talking or they get a closer look at me, they suddenly say sorry or correct themselves and I say: it's no big deal, what's up?

Two examples I've come across were "if affirmative action were to be fully abolished, black people would have no chance at being accepted into college", "fatphobia is rooted in racism, specifically against black women", both of course from white female "allies". Nevermind how they're always speaking over ethnic minorities, are treating them as if they're infants without any agency, or proudly admit that they're racist.

Being black makes your life a bit harder in some areas sure but having money vs. not having money is a waaay bigger influence on how good your life is than skin color. But they were so determined to „win the suffering contest“ when they only „suffered“ from being black. That just felt insulting to all black people (being black is really not that horrible) and all people who are not millionaires 😅

No, you don't understand. She's not a woman because that's not her gender identity and not what she identifies with at all. She's a they them non binary and you can't call her a she in front of her However she's still a lesbian and a wife because that's something else. That's NOTHING to do with gender identity. That has to do with who she's attracted to and when she's being intimate with another LESBIAN and obviously then she has to make use of FEMALE private parts and she's not being funny about that. It's just what it is. OKKKAY??

She accepts that those parts are still female, and she's TOTALLY fine with that. In fact that's what she WANTS you to call her because being a wife and lesbian is incredibly validating. ...however just don't call her a female, because even though she accepts that she's biologically that, it's still REALLY triggering because it's too close to being a woman. So just call her an afab. Okay? Pretty simple logic and easy to remember. And try to remember it correctly, because otherwise it's really hurtful and you're going to make her cry and actually traumatise her FOR LIFE as well. And you don't want her to remember you for life for doing that to her, do you?

It's fairly common for psychologists to tell you that you have no business worrying what other people think of you. I don't regard it as absolutely true, but it hands people a lot of power if their rejection of the terms in which you see yourself results in you having a breakdown. It also seems weird if someone is allowed to ABSOLUTELY hate you provided they get the gender pronouns right and if someone praises you but uses the 'incorrect' pronouns, they're hateful. Would "she seems like a nice lady" be hateful and phobic? And would "I despise them at an individual level and hope they die in excruciating, protracted pain" be fine?

  • @Readitbtch

I'm a trans man and I agree with the neo pronouns. It doesn't make sense your gender is an object or an animal. I never understood it and I don't think I ever will😭. Although I do understand they/them pronouns because some people just don't feel like a man or woman. You can't expect people to know your pronouns or gender right away and if they fuck up you can correct them nicely or just move on. It's really not a big deal than it needs to be and if that person is a stranger you can't expect them to know your pronouns even if you present the way that sex would. Some people slip up, some people don't understand it, and some people try and respect it even if they don't understand it.

Also , I don't think she told us the whole truth - she was probably drunk, as you said, and likely aggressive. No bar employee would kick her out for making a comment like this in a POLITE way. This is an embarrassment. I see a lot of people online saying they h@te gay people because of the small but loud group who make their “identity” their entire personality. Most just wanna live quietly and don’t want to scream from the rooftops who they like. Your sexuality is not a personality trait, not an achievement, it’s not an identity even, it’s just you. It should not define you or determine your worth as a human being. My heart truly goes out to those who suffer from genuine gender dysphoria. Those who appropriate this debilitating condition and turn it into a cute “quirk” of theirs should be ashamed. 🤦‍♀️

I hate the small minority who make gay their entire personality and style with a flaming passion (pun intended), but most of us are normal and want to be left alone. If they're obsessed with rainbows, can't handle being told no or boundaries, advertise their pronouns, hate straight people and use the term "cis," act very NSFW and are creepy towards people they find attractive, have lots of pins, and live on platforms like Twitter and Tiktok, they're one of them. Bonus points if they're hobby majoring in things like art, obsessed with fandoms, and have autism or other disorders.

Oh my, where to start???? 1. She goes by they/them but calls herself a lesbian. Lesbians are women. 2. If her wife was also non-binary, she'd call her her "spouse" not wife because wife means a married woman. 3. The fact she's crying over being called a lady. For ex: If someone called me sir, I'd just laugh. I wouldn't freak out and post my breakdown on TikTok. 4. Her wife needs to stop coddling her. It'd be different if she was actually being harassed or bullied or even threatened. I love being called a lady when I'm called one but I won't freak out if I'm called sir. I'll just bust out laughing and be like, "last time I checked, I'm not a sir." lol 5. Something along the lines of "we need to something about these gay white men." Oh is that a threat???? Hate men if you want but don't threaten them. Plus, you put this online. Don't be surprised if the cops show up at your door and don't call them homophobic because you're gay. You threatened gay white men without bluntly saying it. Did I miss anything???
