Wonderful! What a gifted transcriber (and pianist!) - he makes the pieces he transcribes sound as if they were written originally for the piano.

I feel very fortunate to have been at the recital in San Jose and to have heard this marvelous transcription live! (And the stunning Debussy L'après-midi d'un faune transcription, and Gaspard, and the Rachmaninoff Second Sonata and Italian Polka transcription--all first-rate! And a Beethoven set of variations too. I hope you come back soon!)

I have a recording of the entire ballet transcribed for piano played by pianist Maria Ivanova. It is very good. The performance here is also quite fine!
