Overall, he did a good job of protecting his rights to not ID. However, he needs to refrain from answering questions and assert that he is “not acting like a normal person” because he is protecting his rights to be free and secure as such. I give these cops credit to some degree as after they were shut down, they never made threats of arrest or detainment. I would like to visit the man’s channel, but I’m afraid that watching his content will only lead to frustration as it appears he talks too much and does not specifically speak about his constitutional rights.

Saying you taught a cop a lesson, is like saying fire isn’t hot, Just isn’t so, you can’t cure stupidity..

Guess what, not everyone wants to talk to you. You can not force someone to talk to you.

Don't engage in a verbal exchange with cops. Just say that you have a right to not answer questions and stay silent. There are one of two outcomes in this scenario. The cops will find probable cause to arrest you and if they had probable cause to arrest him, they would have arrested him. Don't answer questions, don't ask questions. If they arrest you without probable cause, you get to sue them. The more you talk to a cop, the more likely you will say something that they can use against you to elevate the consensual encounter to a detainment, and possibly an arrest.
