open search warrant are illegal, They have to say what they are looking for and a given time The whole CPR and APS is just more of the US becoming a Nanny state. Years ago here in TX the CPS was used by the cops to raid a place. (cops want in to check for guns but could not get a warrant, so they got CPS to get a warrant (through a JP)for fear a 13 year old girl "may be" being abused" A district court judge shut them down after some people got killed. His statement is I am sorry that a child may have to go through some problems, however the rights of the citizens come first, and if I let this go on, soon there will be no rights

It was a court order... had you taken the time to read the entire court order you would have seen that it very clearly stated they had the right to enter the house and it absolutely did NOT say it was for only one particular date. I will concede that it did say that in order to enforce the court order, the police needed to be present. First, the mother was sent a copy of it. Second, the second she asked they gave it to her. Third, she held it up to the camera for all of us to read. Who is not welcome... where? Are you unable to tolerate a different opinion so much so that you think the only option is to tell them they are not welcome to comment? Why do you keep saying to show a warrant when they 100% showed a court order that made exactly clear what the courts wishes were? I know it's been nearly 20 years since I graduated law school but a warrant is a court order. When I was a kid social services came around my father told them 2get the car off the property so he let out half the air said would flatten all of them if that didn't work he would burn the car they went over the road 2call cops luck they were around in mins. This was 1982.. Cop advised them 2leave.. but still no go! Let out more air nearly on the rims now went got can of petrol.. Cops said if u don't go u will have no car. They should take any paperwork u need now B4 car is on fire.. So he started a count down.. Then covered in petrol not 2 much they left cops behind them all way 2town 2get air.. You, like many Americans, have no clue what communism means. Perhaps you meant authoritarian or fascist, but communism is an economic system, not a measurement of liberty or freedom or encroachment of the government.
