Pranayama Breathing Exercises to Calm your Nervous System your daily 20 minute yogic breath work to cleanse, soothe and recharge. These guided breathing exercises are like a guided breathing meditation. Pranayama means expansion of prana (life force). With three different guided pranayama practices (alternate nostril breathing, ujjayi, and humming bee breathing) we cleanse our respiratory system and subtle energy body, and induce a state of calmness and relaxation. Hey sorry you don’t enjoy my teaching style, but I make these videos to guide people through the exercises. Not sure how to do that without speaking 😄 I’m sure you can find loads or more quiet videos on here, so many great creators!
