Power steering fluid flush, without pump in less than 10 minuets/Power steering fluid change/ALIMECH
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
in this video i will do a Power steering fluid flush, without pump in less than 10 minuets
Flushing power steering fluid and eliminate power steering pump noise. this video will show you complete power steering flush of the system step by step...
Procedure
..Jack the car up to make the job easy and open the hood, locate the power steering reservoir and open the cap, suck the old fluid out by oil suction pump as I did or use Turkey baster
..Remove the hoses claps of the reservoir hoses and take it out to clean it with carb cleaner (if necessary)
Taking the old fluid out with a turky baster and add new fluid and steer the wheel lock to lock
it will suction new fluid from resivior and discharge old fluid from outlet(small hose) that one goes in to the cola bottl
...Do this method few times, till you see new fluid comes out from the small diameter hose,
...Connect the discharge hose to the reservoir and add fluid if necessary
... Turn the engine on and turn the wheel lock to lock to come out any bubble in the system(if there is any) and add fluid if necessary
...Lower the jack and Take the car for a 10 minutes drive
THEN CHECK THE FLUID LEVEL AGAIN
Note: if you notes any sound,it means the system still got bubble use the same method to take it out

The Way to do a Video Presentation , Brilliant!
What a great video! Made this super easy to do on my 2014 Dodge Caravan. The hardest part for me was just getting the inlet tube off. It was really stuck on! The people criticizing or saying you are copying ChrisFix need to stop. ChrisFix makes great videos but he doesn’t have some patent on a clear, to-the-point style with good camera angles. Come on, people.
Your videos are all excellent. There are 17 people who bubbled PS fluid all over their engine bay. :D Thanks for posting.

Excellent timing on this video! I'm about to flush my power steering system and refill. I think it's the first time in more than a decade! Plus, it's leaking at the seals of the pump and the rack. I was planning on just pouring fresh oil in and siphoning out. This is much better. I'm also going to add Lucas transmission stop leak. You've just saved me from an incomplete job!

@@randythomas3478 it works. 30 year old rack, with disgusting black fluid (last fluid change more than 10 years prior) . Only tried it because removing the rack and seal replacement required a higher investment in tools than the price of the fluid. So far, its been a month and all's well with my old Accord.
The right way to change/replace your power steering fluid !!!!

I'm lazy. Every year, I suction the reservoir empty and refill it to eliminate half of the particulate contaminates and half of the water from the hygroscopic fluid. The solution to pollution is dilution. It's quick and easy when doing all three vehicles at the same time. I do this poor man's flush for the power steering and brake systems.
Thank you friend. Changed mine earlier following this vid. The garage put red fluid in my vw.

Amazing video! I own the same Chevrolet Optra model in the video 2005 model I want to change the transmission fluid and I'm trying to find it with no luck. The owner's manual stated to use ESSO LT71141 or TOTAL ATF H50235 which both of them are not available in my area. Any advice would be much appreciated 🙏🏼
