I worked garmo as one of my first line jobs while in college and it was the most fun job I have ever had. Working in an office now and I miss the adrenaline of being in the shits with tickets. God I miss it

It’s called Blackworth live fire grill in Lititz, PA. Pretty expensive place. Cornbread starter is $8 which is pretty steep for being microwaved

Chef Mic is the best call here because He heats the water in the corn bread way more evenly than any other method. All others would dry the bread and a steamer would sog the outer layers too much as the bread is very porous. Also no way would corn bread be made to order. People seriously want fresh baked items that spend over 30 minutes in the oven but in under 15...
