At every meal, fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables. The other half should include whole grains like brown rice, whole-grain bread, or oatmeal. Try to limit packaged, processed foods and drinks that are high in salt, saturated fat, and extra sugars.

    Omg my baby is two month. Im eating 6 biscuts daily two tea one coffee no 2 times mothers horlicks snacks sweets fried items she gave more intresting idea thank u

    I was skeptic about *Agoge Diet* because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.

    What rubbish.. It's a rebirth for a mother.. Only a person who has undergone dat experience will know it.. Not only pregnancy & delivery but post delivery there are so much more pains & difficulties involved both physically & emotionally.. Nothing can compare to motherhood & it's not enough how much ever v glorify it.. Try wearing a periods stimulator belt for continuosly 1 hour at least then u talk.. U won't b able to withstand it for even 5 seconds!

    @@corruptionfreepeacefulworld See, I know it's a rebirth for women and all tht sh#t. I hav a wife too... My point is, There was not so drama 20yrs back, but now To much advice, too much info, it's just overflooding our minds. Honestly, when a women does her biological job, It's a Re-Birth, Men shud appreciate, wear a period belt for an Hour, all that bull****! As Humans let's do their their own jobs. Let's not glorify women's for completing their gender role and leave men in the dirt and say Women go alot of more physical pain than Men. The only thing is, Men we accept our roles and not complain about it.
