No you should take some proteins too.. like salmon fish, lentils and u can google search for more...only fruits would not fullfill our body nutritional demands!

1.Avoid rice 2.Add millets to ur diet 3.do simple exercises nd walking 4.eat dinner before 7 r by 8 5.eat more vegetables nd fruits
