Another great video by Andrew Saul. I am thinking of starting a forum/support group where people who are mega dosing can go and share their experiences and also gain feedback from others. Anyone else interested in something like this?

This is such a great idea. You should do it! I'd join. I'm going to be an orthomolecular practitioner eventually. Right now I'm reversing mold illness, CFS, POTS, autoimmune disease, and dysbiosis without the help of a doctor and from the comfort of my own home. We need to share our stories with others.

not to be conspiratorial but I really think the quality of Vitamin C from China (most of it is from there) has dropped off since 2020 pandemic. I don't feel the benefits I used to feel from 8g a day, I don't even bother anymore, poor Dr S, dead before 70 from CHF. all that E, B's, C, vegetarian diet, worth F all. Going to have a steak and a scotch tonight while still above ground.

A few grams is better than nothing. But better is taking 10 or more grams of ascorbic acid powder vitamin C in divided doses per day. Vitamin C is used everywhere in the body in vast amounts. The RDA is not enough. Check out the book by Dr. Thomas Levy Cardiologist author of "Curing the Incurable " it will open your eyes 👀 Reversing my heart disease with the Linus Pauling Heart Protocol high dose vitamin C with Lysine and Proline. 30% reversal so far. Verified by CAC.

  • @SET12DSP

If you were using this for heart disease as in the Linus Pauling Heart Protocol you should have been using Lysine and Proline with it as they are Lp-a binding inhibitors. Also if you had any toxicity in the body especially orally then rivers of Vitamin C wouldn't have been enough as root canals and implants can still have bacteria even when supposedly fixed. I suggest two books, both by Dr. Thomas Levy." Stop America's #1 Killer " Proof that the Origin of All Coronary Heart Disease is Clearly Reversible Arterial Scurvy. This book has 600 medical references in it. Next " Curing the Incurable " has 1200 medical references in it. I use 30 grams a day. With Lysine and Proline and it is reversing my CAC coronary artery calcium score from 660 to 458 in just 20 months. Without vitamin C an artery can not heal correctly as well as many other things in the body.
