I wasn't convinced at first, but watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!

The guy near the start said 86% of smartphone users wake up and look at social media. so that's over 5 billion people. After hearing this obviously made up statistic i stopped watching, maybe don't start with lies if you want to capture an intelligent audience.

not to be conspiratorial but I really think the quality of Vitamin C from China (most of it is from there) has dropped off since 2020 pandemic. I don't feel the benefits I used to feel from 8g a day, I don't even bother anymore, poor Dr S, dead before 70 from CHF. all that E, B's, C, vegetarian diet, worth F all. Going to have a steak and a scotch tonight while still above ground.

Your home is like a 3 dimensional vision board, and your environment is responsible for 33.3% of the results with the law of attraction. That was really important for me to hear as I really need to get my home in order to achieve the level of success I would like.

I needed this today. I’m having a CT scan on Friday for probable diverticulitis. I also found out today that after eating red meat for the past 5-6 months, my blood work is no better and in fact it’s a little worse. I hadn’t had red meat since 2009. I wonder if bentonite clay would draw out the bad from diverticuli pouches 🤔

I wonder if Ari would find tools like CoPilot/Gemini useful for research? e.g. via Copilot: "Adrenal fatigue is a term that’s used to describe a collection of symptoms like fatigue, sleep disturbances, and body aches. However, it’s important to note that adrenal fatigue is not recognized as a medical condition by the majority of the medical community, including the Endocrine Society"

Serious side effects are most likely if you take between 2,000 to 6,000 mg of niacin a day. If you think you might have overdosed on niacin, seek medical attention immediately. If you have liver disease, peptic ulcer disease or severe low blood pressure (hypotension), don't take large amounts of niacin.

at high doses of 500 mg/day or more, nicotinamide can cause diarrhea and easy bruising and can increase bleeding from wounds. Even higher doses of 3,000 mg/day or more can cause nausea, vomiting, and liver damage.

All of my 'empty' space on my Diamond Compass are the directions I face to sleep, work and dine - I face towards the lovely view of have of the garden and plants - in my favourable directions there is only walls & on the exterior, a four-storey apartment block... is the north considered the Fire element direction because we face the sun - instead of south in the northern hemisphere where they face the Sun (Fire element) to the south?

Test test test test, people are so dumb and devoid of the ability to think, we are individuals, it can be more or less depending on the individual tolerance. You have to try different amounts and note the results, stop acting like helpless children. Seek and find answers on your own. Get off of any and all Pharma death products

I suffered from several bouts of depression from the age of 7 to the age of 30. I read Your Sacred Self by Wayne Dyer and he recommended meditation. I bought the book Meditation for Dummies by Stephan Bodian and learned mantra meditation close to the age of 30. I would spend 45 minutes, 5 days a week for 18 months doing mantra meditation (mantra meditation is where you focus on repeating a mantra in your mind and anytime your mind wanders you bring back your focus to the mantra while meditating) i would write out my negative thoughts and come up with a positive mantra that contradicted my negative thoughts and change my mantra every week. After doing this for a few weeks my thoughts became calmer and after 18 months my thoughts were a lot more positive. I am now 52 and from the age of 30 to 52 I have rarely suffered from depression and when I do it is not as severe as it was when I was younger. Can't recommend mantra meditation enough. One thing I learned is that mantra meditation needs to be done for a minimum of 20 minutes and almost every day to get the most benefits from it. It is okay to start at meditating 5 minutes a day and over a few days increase it to 20 minutes a day. Some people like meditation so much they meditate more than 20 minutes a day.

Udos is contradicting himself when he says carbs are non-essentials, but also say we need to eat the essential minerals and vitamins. But these essential minerals, polyphenols and vitamins are found in plants! Plants are carbs! It is therefore misleading to claim humans don't need to eat carbs. Where d you get your fiber if you don't eat plants!? I have a lot of respect for the work Udos do. I just need clarification.

I'm grateful to now help other's not suffer so long and pray that these healing modalities will become more mainstream. Thankyou for being such a huge part of disseminating these educational life saving stories.
