Notice how he ran away every time someone got near to him. He never barked or bared his teeth. Such a good boy, I loved it when Chance got his pampering on with the bath and kisses! I hope someone adopted him so he'll never be on the streets again.

Am surprised that in the US you have pure breed stray dogs, like Pitbulls and GSDs, Here in Africa Kenya such a pitbull costs around 1,500 dollars, because these breeds are held in high esteem and its a privilege to own one. i wish i could have the opportunity to own these dogs. i am a huge animal lover.

I wish more people viewed them as a good dog. Here because of the assholes who fight with them they are considered bad, unpredictable, and aggressive when they are really quite sweet! You can't even rent in most places around here if you own one because it drives up insurance rates.

Unfortunately people over here view them as a common aggressive dog and a lot of them are on the streets along with staffs and mastiffs

Here in America it’s all about the paperwork. If you have papers on both parents, you can get papers on the puppy. If you have papers only then can the dog be sold for top dollar as a full breed. Earlier this year my brother bought a full breed (but no papers) abused pit bull puppy for what cost him $10. He only did it because the puppy was abused and my brother loves animals. He in no way was looking for another dog. Now my mom has that puppy and he is so spoiled and healthy!

With your amazing hand held as you do these rescues it is so wonderful to catch just that second when the terrified dog just surrenders. First the physical surrender, but then the flash in the eyes when they realize they are safe and don't have to struggle any longer. Truly beautiful. If only lost humans were so easy......

When all an animal knows is abuse & mistreatment and suffering.. this breaks my heart to see how petrified he is..but all it takes is a little patience and love, and see how loving he is once the trust is gained.. what amazing, forgiving animals.

Pit bulls are tremendously strong, especially when they want to get away... they can easily pull a 150 lb. man down and drag him like a rag doll if in a panic, or cause other injuries. So like the other lady said, I agree. And I'm so very glad Eldad was there to save the day once again! Chance is a giant sweetheart.

My story on how I met Eldad on Liveleak. I usually go there when I want to see "real world" stuff. First video I encountered was about Fiona the blind dog which really moved me. I don't remember exactly where but I read him posting that he wants to share awareness by using multiple media platforms and not just trying to raise money desperately needed to rescue more dogs. Somehow it got to me and I have been hooked ever since. =) Eldad - What you do is awesome !

Pitbulls are such a sweet and loving breed that have been given such a bad name because of people. All of Eldad's and Hope for Paws' videos have shown that no matter what these dogs go through, they're always willing to love. I just wish people would be able to see that and stop mistreating them.

Guys,i got a dog who was only 2 months old. I got him from my moms co-worker. When we got him he was so sweet, he would always want to sit on my lap. And at home he would lick my face. The cutest thing is that he would follow you everywhere. If you left him alone in a room he would start whimpering. But after weeks of the poop and pee everywhere, he made our house smelly and my mom would clean it everytime. Because of that my mom gave him away....to my aunt, who was looking for a dog. So then we
